Grief is the normal and natural reaction to loss of any kind. Grief can also be described as the conflicting feelings caused by the end of or change in a familiar pattern of behaviors. When you’ve experienced the death of a loved one, it can feel devastating and debilitating. A person may be able to continue their day-to-day routine after one loss, yet not be able to get out of bed after the loss of someone else.
